Available Positions
Site Supervisor
Site Supervisors play a crucial role in training and managing crews during and after storms across multiple job sites. They ensure that all work adheres to safety procedures and meets site-specific standards before crews depart. Any areas missed by the crews must be addressed by the Site Supervisor. Additionally, they are responsible for preparing and maintaining on-site equipment and performing basic repairs such as tire changes and jumpstarts. Major repairs are handled by our in-house mechanics.
We offer a Supervisor Guarantee Program, providing Site Supervisors with a minimum of 80 hours and $2,500 in guaranteed earnings. Our tiered compensation system includes:
Level 1: $40/hr, supervising 1-3 crew members
Level 2: $43/hr, supervising 4-8 crew members
Level 3: $48/hr, supervising 9 or more crew members
Furthermore, Site Supervisors can earn up to $5,000 in bonuses based on performance. Keep in mind that all Site Supervisors must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience operating a plow truck or salter.
Earn up to $40 to $48 an hour.
Wheel Loader Specialist
Wheel Loader Specialists are dedicated to maintaining a single job site throughout the entire season. They are responsible for clearing snow whenever accumulation reaches 1 inch or more, continuing until the end of each snow event. Our fleet includes wheel loaders ranging from 1-yard to 4-yard machines, equipped with Metal Pless LiveEdge pushboxes or Metal Pless Maxxpro multi-function blades.
Specialists will participate in straightforward, paid training to prepare for their role. With minimal app usage required, Wheel Loader Specialists can concentrate on their work without unnecessary distractions.
Earn up to $35 to $45 an hour.
Plow Truck Specialist
Plow Truck Specialists are responsible for maintaining 1 to 3 properties, plowing snow from 1 inch or more, from the start of the snow event until its conclusion. They are also tasked with salting as needed at the end of each event. Working in the tri-state area, Plow Truck Specialists use our late-model Chevy 3500 pickups with Western Wideouts/Salters or Ram 5500 pickups with v-blades and salters.
With minimal app usage and straightforward, paid training, Plow Truck Specialists are well-prepared to excel in their roles. All candidates must have at least 3 years of commercial experience operating a plow truck or salter.
Earn up to $28 to $40 an hour.
Skid Steer Specialist
Skid Steer Specialists are dedicated to maintaining a single job site for the entire snow season. They are responsible for clearing snow whenever accumulation reaches 1 inch or more, continuing until the end of each snow event. We operate late-model skid steers equipped with the latest and best pushers and multifunction blades. Skid Steer Specialists use these machines from within a fully enclosed cab with heat and pilot controls. We strive to assign you to the job site closest to your home. With straightforward, paid training and minimal app usage, Skid Steer Specialists can efficiently complete their tasks.
Earn up to $28 to $35 an hour.
Ice Control Specialist
Ice Control Specialists are responsible for applying anti-ice liquids up to 3 days before a storm and performing snow pushbacks after each storm. They must also be available nightly to monitor for black ice or re-freeze conditions. Typically, they do not work during the actual snowstorm unless additional personnel are needed.
Ice Control Specialists receive straightforward, paid training and use minimal apps, allowing them to perform their duties efficiently. All candidates must have at least 3 years of commercial experience operating a plow truck or salter.
Earn a fixed rate of $28 an hour.
Sidewalk Team Leader
Sidewalk Team Leaders are responsible for maintaining multiple properties along a designated route, which they navigate using a GPS system. They operate a sidewalk truck equipped with snowblowers, Snowrators, shovels, and other necessary tools, alongside a laborer. Additionally, they manage various tasks, including overseeing jobs, coordinating team members, and handling work orders.
Team Leaders receive straightforward, paid training and use minimal apps, enabling them to efficiently and successfully perform their duties.
Earn up to $25 to $35 an hour.
Sidewalk Machine Operators must be willing to work outdoors in winter conditions, operating one of our sidewalk machines. These machines are equipped with a hydraulic multi-function snow blade and a de-icer liquid system. Operators are typically assigned to a single job site for each storm.
Operators receive straightforward, paid training and use minimal apps, enabling them to efficiently complete their tasks.
Earn up to $25 to $35 an hour.
Sidewalk Shoveler
Sidewalk Shovelers are responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating snow blowers, snow shovels, and other equipment. Our team will provide safety vests and shovels, but you are responsible for bringing your own jackets, boots, gloves, hats, etc.
All Sidewalk Shovelers must be high school graduates (or equivalent.)
Earn up to $25 an hour.
Class A CDL Driver
Class A CDL Drivers are responsible for hauling our equipment to our sites across New Jersey and New York. Drivers must be responsible, motivated, safe, and able to work weekdays and/or weekends. They are responsible for hauling materials with a tractor-trailer or a dump trailer, moving equipment with a low boy or a drop deck equipment trailer, and hauling liquids, such as brine or water, with our tanker trailers.
Earn up to $25 to $30 an hour.
Job Requirements
3 years minimum of commercial experience using skid steers, wheel loaders, farm tractors, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes.
Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions.
Maintain good physical condition.
Be able to lift 50 to 60 pounds without assistance.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Pass a company online training course.
Attend a paid Snow Boot Camp on a weekend in the fall.
Provide safe, detail-oriented execution of assigned work.
Understand and carry out all instructions.
Use a smartphone for two-way communication and mobile dispatch.
Have a valid driver's license with no restrictions (no CDL required).
Work well under high-pressure situations.
Have transportation to reach our location and job-sites.
Cooperate with team members in accomplishing a common goal.
